Your application will be returned to you to the address given on your application form by DHL courier service. Customers’ credit/debit cards will be charged €16 for mainland Spain, mainland Portugal and Balearics and €21 for Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira and Andorra for DHL's courier service by the British Consulate-General on receipt of the incorrect/incomplete application. When you resubmit the application with the correct documents/information you will be charged the fee again for the return of your new passport.
