Feedback and complaints

If you feel that your experience with Careline Services (our passport and nationality outsourced call centre) was unsatisfactory, please e-mail Careline Services directly at: ukpassportserviceiberia@careline-services.co.uk. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day.
 
If you have any feedback or complaints about your treatment at any of our consulates, please send an email to Mr. M. J. Holloway, HM Consul-General and Director of Consular Services Iberia.

We aim to answer your complaint within 10 working days of receipt. We will send you an acknowledgement immediately confirming that we have received it. If you do not receive an acknowledgment please resend as it may not have reached our offices.
