Disabled access

We are keen to ensure our buildings and services are fully accessible to disabled members of the public. Please see below details of disabled amenities at the Ibiza Consulate.

• the Consulate is on the first floor of a three storey building with no lift. There is a disabled stair lift available. If you need to use this service on arrival, please call our intercom at the entrance to action stairlift
  
• there is a public toilet for wheelchair users and those with limited physical mobility
  
• there is a public service counter available for consular customers at wheelchair level
• all doors are wheelchair accessible.
  

Opening hours

We are open to the public Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 13.30, excluding public holidays.

Out of office hours the Consulate telephone number (+34) 971 301 818 provides details on how to proceed in case of an emergency and to contact a duty officer if needed.
