Disabled access:

The Consulate is located on the top floor of an eight storey building in central Bilbao. Lift access is only to the seventh floor and access to the Consulate offices, at present, is problematic for the disabled.

Open to the Public:

The Consulate is open to the public Monday to Friday by appointment only.

24-hour emergency service: out of office hours the Consulate-General in Madrid telephone number +34 917 008 200 provides details on how to proceed in case of an emergency and to contact a duty officer if needed.
