UK state pensions are payable in Spain.  If you live in, and have worked at some point in Spain you should normally apply to the Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social (INSS). You can apply online but be aware that the application form is only available in Spanish. If you are moving to Spain from the UK you should inform the International Pension Centre (IPC) of the changes to your circumstances.  This will prevent any problems with your pension claim or payments.  It will also help you to get the right access to health care in Spain (for more information see our Healthcare section).
