How we can help our customers

The International Pension Service in Spain can assist by:

• offering general information on your UK state pension, benefit and healthcare rights
• signposting you to up-to-date information and/or relevant departments regarding those rights
• acting as a liaison service in complex cases involving both the UK and Spanish authorities.

Unfortunately, we are unable to:

• deal with individual claims for UK state pensions and benefits
• provide individual pension forecasts
• become involved in pension or benefit claims that do not involve the International Pension Service.

We do not have direct access to customer records so you should continue to address your specific enquiries regarding UK pensions, benefits, healthcare and National Insurance contributions to the appropriate UK departments. (see useful links)
